A zesty and spicy dish that consists of fresh steamed squid served with a hot and sour dressing. This is a really simple snack or meal that you can make from scratch in under 20 minutes. It tastes great, is healthy and light, and is really easy to make!

2 large squid tubes 3 chopped red bird eye chillies 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- lime juice 4 tbsp
- fish sauce 3 tbsp 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup celery leaves lime for garnishing
Special Cooking Equipment Used
Step 1: Begin by steaming 2 sliced squid tubes for 10 minutes on a high heat.
Step 2: Whilst the squid is steaming, we can make our sauce. Add 4 tbsp of lime juice, 3 tbsp of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic and 3 chopped red bird eye chillies, or as many as you want. Give the sauce a good stir, then add 1/4 cup of celery leaves, mix in, and the sauce is ready.
Step 3: Once the squid has finished steaming, lay it out on a plate, then pour the sauce over the squid, garnish with some fresh lime, then serve and enjoy!
And its as simple as that, a tasty snack or meal ready in around 20 minutes including preparation!
