Thai Grilled Pork Recipe

Isaan Grilled Pork Recipe (Moo Yang)

Its the cut of pork and marinate that really makes this recipe. Pork shoulder blade is the perfect sweet spot as it is not too fatty and not too dry, and when grilled properly it is slightly crunchy on the outside, but succulent on the inside. It did require a trip to the butchers to find, however it is well worth it.

The marinate is nothing complex, but gives the meat an excellent savoury, yet slightly sweet and creamy flavour, and goes well with our choice of pork. We recommend marinading for at least 1 hour, but even longer would be ideal. Give this porky recipe a go and let me know what you think! Don’t forget to try it with our Isaan style meat dipping sauce!
