Step 1: Heat a non stick pot, and fry the minced pork without any oil, for about 5 minutes until it is half cooked.
Step 2: Then add the meat seasoning powder and stir in thoroughly. Stir and heat until the pork is cooked, then turn off the heat and allow the minced pork to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 3: Once the pork has cooled, add it to a large mixing bowl, and add the mint lead, crushed chilli, spring onion, coriander, lime juice, shallots, crushed roasted rice and fish sauce, and toss the salad thoroughly until everything is evenly mixed.
Step 4: Serve! Goes well with jasmine rice or sticky rice, and is traditionally served on a bed of lettuce with a side of green beans.
