This is a simple yet tasty stir fry made with noodles, pork, and cabbage mixed with soy sauce for sweetness. Although this dish is traditionally served with Chinese broccoli, we have substituted this for sweet heart cabbage. You can also use ordinary broccoli if you wish, as well as chicken, shrimp, tofu or beef in place of pork.
The noodles used are large flat rice noodles that have been soaked for 10 minutes in warm water. The ingredients used are readily available in any asian grocery store. This noodle stir fry is filling, delicious and very fast and easy to prepare!
