8 slices of bread 2 teaspoon chopped coriander 3 cloves garlic 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1 cup peeled prawns 1 cup minced pork
- soy sauce 1 tbsp 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 eggs
- sesame 1/4 cup
- plum sauce
Special Cooking Equipment Used
Step 1: Add 1 cup of peeled prawns and 1 cup of minced pork to a food processor, and blend for about 30 seconds or so.
Step 2: Now add 2 teaspoons of chopped coriander, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper and 1 tbsp of soy sauce to the food processor, and continue blending until everything is broken down into a thick paste.
Step 3: Now evenly spread a layer of the paste over a slice of white bread. Beat 3 eggs, and then brush some of the beaten egg over the side of the bread with the paste layer on it, as this will help the sesame stick to the bread.
Step 4: Pour 1/4 cup of sesame over a plate, and then lay the bread down so that sesame sticks to the the bread. Cut the bread into 4 triangle pieces, and then repeat this process for all 8 slices of bread.
Step 5: Now deep fry the prawn toast pieces until they are golden brown, turning them so that both sides are cooked, and then serve and enjoy with some plum sauce!
