This is a very quick and simple stir fry that uses a rich crab paste which makes for a tasty shrimp stir fry. This recipe works really well with mangetout but you could also experiment with other vegetables that you like.
The recipe will make enough for about 1 portion so adjust as needed, and it should be ready from scratch in under 15 minutes!

Cooking instructions
Step 1: Begin by thinly slicing 1 clove of garlic, then heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and when hot fry the sliced garlic with 1 cup of peeled shrimp for about 1 minute.
Step 2: Then add in 1 tbsp of crab paste, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, and 1/4 tbsp of fish sauce. Mix everything together, than add in 1 cup of mangetout and stir fry for a final couple of minutes depending on how soft or crunchy you like the mangetout.
Step 3: Finally season with a dash of ground pepper, mix together one last time then serve with some steamed rice and enjoy!
