This is a very spicy and sour dish consisting of boiled pork served on a bed of broccoli stalks. The flavour is refreshing, and this recipe is perfect for when you want to eat something packed with flavour but are short on time or don’t feel like cooking, as it is so easy to make.
We have boiled the pork in this recipe, however you could grill it if you prefer!

Cooking instructions
Step 1: First we need to prepare our dressing. Add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 5 finely chopped red bird eye chillies, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of fish sauce, and 4 tbsp of lime juice to a bowl and give it a good mix. Finally add 1 tbsp of chopped coriander, mix in, then set the dressing aside.
Step 2: Now bring a saucepan of water to the boil, and add 1 cup of broccoli stalks. Boil until the broccoli is cooked, which should only take about 4 or 5 minutes. Set the broccoli aside on a plate.
Step 3: Now add 300g of thinly sliced pork to the saucepan of boiling water. Boil until the pork is cooked, which took less than 2 minutes as our pork was very thinly sliced. When done, spoon the pork on top of the bed of broccoli stalks.
Step 4: Spoon the dressing we made earlier over the pork and broccoli stalks, and finally garnish with some sliced lime and coriander, then serve and enjoy!
