This is a great recipe to make when you want something that is light and low in calories yet tasty, and doesn’t take lots of time, effort, or fancy ingredients to make.
The different ingredients are layered on top of each other, and finally a chilli paste sauce is poured over the top. The dish is then steamed and is ready to eat. The whole dish should be ready from scratch in under 30 minutes.

Cooking instructions
Step 1: Begin by thoroughly mixing 2 tbsp of water, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce with 3 tbsp of chilli paste.
Step 2: Next lay 100g of white Japanese mushrooms on the base of a dish that is suitable for steaming. Then lay 300g of diced white fish on top of the mushrooms. Next sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated ginger over the fish layer. Then pour 1/2 cup of celery leaves over the ginger layer. Finally sprinkle over 4 sliced large red chillies and pour spoon on the chilli paste sauce we made earlier as the top layer.
Step 3: Now place the dish in a steamer, and steam on a high heat for 15 minutes, then you are ready to serve and enjoy!
