This dish is perfect for those who love the flavour and heat of ginger, and the recipe is extremely easy to prepare and cook. We have made ours with chicken, but you could also use pork, beef, shrimp or even tofu.
The great thing about stir fries are that they are not only quick and easy, but also healthy, filling and delicious. As always, be sure to have all of the ingredients cut and prepared prior to starting to cook, and cook over a high heat. This great tasting meal will be ready in under 10 minutes!

300g diced chicken breast 2 cloves chopped garlic 1/4 cup grated ginger
- fish sauce 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- oyster sauce 2 tbsp 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup diced onion 2 sliced spring onions 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper 1 cup broccoli
Special Cooking Equipment Used
Step 1: First we need to make the sauce, so start by adding 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of fish sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar to a small bowl, and mix everything together.
Step 2: Now heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok on a high heat. Once the wok is hot, add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic and 1/4 cup of diced onion, and stir fry for about 1 minute. Follow by adding 300g of diced chicken breast, and stir fry for a minute or two until the chicken is half cooked.
Step 3: Now add 1 cup of broccoli, the sauce that we prepared earlier, 1/4 cup of grated ginger and 1/4 cup of sliced red bell pepper. Stir fry everything for a final 3 minutes or so, until the chicken is completely cooked, and then add 2 sliced spring onions. Mix in, and serve and enjoy!
